Get to know our Cloud Architect André!
We are very proud to introduce André who is working as a Cloud Architect at TIQQE. Cloud is no longer a buzzword and distributed teams are not a fluffy vision anymore. We do not care about geographical location, but we care very much about competence and values.
In order to be able to grow together with our customers, we have strengthened our Delta-team and scaled up our expertise in security and architecture. This time we do it in Skåne in the shape of André.

Who is André
I like to try new things and I have at least 100+ things I want to do or experience. But at the core I believe I am somewhat of a private person that enjoys the company of my family. If I would get the chance to choose between going to a big party with strangers or family dinner, I would choose family dinner.
What do you do at TIQQE?
I am working as a Cloud Architect with Security as my main focus. Right now I am working on raising the security for our customers by implementing a Security Baseline that is consistent across accounts and based on AWS Well Architected Framework.
What has been your first impression of TIQQE?
A company that solely focuses on AWS and its services is a perfect fit for me, here I can develop and grow my skills. My colleagues I have met so far are my “kind of people”, people who are a little bit nerdy, passionate about their work and fun to be around.
Looking out 3 to 5 years, what do you think will be the next big change in your industry?
Not sure about what the “Next big change” could be, but I think that technologies like AI, Advanced robotics, IoT and Virtual reality will get even better and play a bigger part in the daily life of people. Security will always be there trying to cover the gap between usability and a locked down service with no access.
If a kid walked up to you asking for your advice regarding anything, and you only had a few minutes to give ‘em your best tip, what would it be?
You don´t do progress in huge leaps, progress is something you do in small steps every day
