Most of us are affected by the COVID-19 virus, or Corona, either in our private life or business life. Hack The Crisis is an initiative from the Swedish Government and TIQQE contributed with a mobile digital queue solution for the retail industry.

Hack the Crisis is an online hackathon organized by DIGGHack for SwedenOpenhack and The Swedish Government. The mission is to design, test and execute ideas for the future of Sweden and the world. The idea is to gather creative ideas and develop concepts in an attempt to create solutions helping to make further progress in the ongoing resistance.

David Borgenvik and Johannes Uhr at TIQQE developed a mobile digital queue solution for the retail industry in just 48 hours. Consumers can use their mobile phone to get a ticket in a queue instead of pressing a button on the ticketing machine in the store, which could be contaminated and spread the COVID-19 virus to others.
