Get to know our HealthOps Gada!
We are very proud to introduce Gada who is responsible for HealthOps at TIQQE. After living in a pandemic for two years our life has been on pause, but finally we can start having some kind of normal again. We wanted to celebrate this with hiering someone who can help us into a healthier lifestyle. Gada helps out with all from nutrition talks to stretching and everything in between.
Warm Welcome to the TIQQE family!
Who is Gada?
I find myself as a very passionate person who cares about helping others as much as I help myself within health. In my personal life I love to cook delicious food, spend lots of time training to achieve my goals and hang out with friends & family
What do you do at TIQQE
I inspire my coworkers to find a balanced lifestyle where they feel motivated to move, and feel better. A normal workday for me includes personal training sessions, group sessions, walk & talks and lots of great conversations about the value of having balanced nutrition in daily life to improve our health.
What has been your first impression of TIQQE?
The first impression of TIQQE is how TIQQE prioritizes their employees and their health. For me it is amazing to have an employer that is willing to invest and believe in the worth of having a balanced lifestyle. I found it very beneficial for their employees.
Walk me through the step-by-step process that you went through to get to where you are today.
Graduated nursing school in 2016. I started a side track which was to become a crossfit coach beside my full time work in the medical field. In 2019 I got asked to start studying nutrition by the owner of the crossfit gym which I agreed to. I finished my diploma in nutrition, quit my nursing job and started to work full time at the Crossfit gym. Which is where Sofia reached out to me to start work for TIQQE.
If a kid walked up to you asking for your advice regarding anything, and you only had a few minutes to give ‘em your best tip, what would it be?
Always listen to your gut feeling. It is never too late to change your mind. And take good care of your body because it is your tempel. You live in it through this thing called life.
