Get to know Jennie who does her LIA at TIQQE!
We’re happy that Jennie chose to do her second LIA period with us and she’s already creating value in one of our teams. Warm welcome back!
What did you know about TIQQE before you contacted us, and why did you choose TIQQE?
I knew about TIQQE being a fast-growing company, that they are an AWS partner and I knew a little bit about #theTIQQEcode. The latter being the main reason why I chose TIQQE and was excited about doing my workplace practice here.
It felt like a modern and very genuine way of looking at your employees and customers.
What was your first impression when you met your first TIQQE:r?
It was really the excitement and love for TIQQE that stood out. I met with Sofia, and it was clear as day that she takes great pride working for TIQQE, it really showed and it made me very curious. Walking out after the meeting I felt excited as well and I really started hoping then and there that I would be able to do my LIA at TIQQE.
How has your first time been at TIQQE?
Really great!
We have been living in strange times these last couple of years as well as my first weeks at TIQQE with the pandemic and all… so I am very excited things are looking better and that I hopefully get to meet more TIQQE:rs soon.
I find the assignment and AWS challenging but fun and I have really been met by willingness to help and have been given support from those I have communicated with.
What will be your actual work while doing your ”LIA” at TIQQE?
I will be creating a web interface for Sonat where they can upload invoices, delete them, and download invoice reports. I will create the frontend and I will also be working with a mostly existing backend and services, of course with the help from others.
What are you looking forward to in the near future?
I am looking forward to a lot of things in the near future.
Learning more about AWS, learning more about TIQQE and the people working here. Like I said I am hoping to finally meet more of them soon! Also, I am looking forward to seeing the result of my LIA and see what I have learned.
I feel excited and privileged to be here!
