We believe in strong relations and when someone is applying to work with us, we might not have a perfect spot right there and then. But if you as a person have a nice personality and are outgoing and driven. You will stick on our mind and when the time comes we will contact you.
When we first met Ellie we met a positive, fearless and driven young lady who has the ability to multitask, but we couldn’t find an opening in our teams. One year later we had the perfect fit in a role so we contacted her again. Since the beginning of March Ellie has been with us, and what a match! Both in competence and mindset. We’re really happy that she wanted to join us. Welcome to TIQQE Ellie!
Who is Ellie?
I am a curious and outgoing 24-year-old who likes to ask “why?” to pretty much anything. Originally from France 🇫🇷, I have been living in Sweden for the past 5 years. I like creating things with my own hands, decorating my apartment, and organizing things.
What do you do at TIQQE?
I am a Scrum Master.
What has been your first impression of TIQQE?
I felt included from Day 1! No matter your age, education, or experience, you are treated as equal and as part of the family. Everyone is extremely helpful and makes sure that you feel good, both mentally and physically. You can always reach out for help. It makes me feel ready to take on any challenge!
Looking out 3 to 5 years, what do you think will be the next big change in your industry?
Because technologies are now part of our daily lives, I think the world has high expectations, which can make it quite difficult when developing a solution. Nevertheless, those new technologies can also be a plus by providing new and better tools to answer those expectations.
If a kid walked up to you asking for your advice regarding anything, and you only had a few minutes to give ‘em your best tip, what would it be?
Do not do things solely according to what others think, but also according to what you think is right. People just come and go in your life. Meanwhile you will be living with yourself for quite a while.
