We are happy to welcome Josefin Karlsson to our growing family as fullstack developer. We asked Josefin a couple of questions about her first impressions of TIQQE.
My name is Josefin and I just finished my bachelor in Computer Science in June. Soon 25 years old and I love dogs, especially puppies. I also like to read, learn new things and challenge myself. Started working at TIQQE in July and I am really exited to start my cloud-journey with this amazing company.
What did you know about TIQQE before you started?
I knew from the beginning that TIQQE works with serverless and AWS. I was aware that they care about their customers and employees.
Why did you want to join TIQQE?
Sofia was my mentor during my second year at university, when I got closer to my graduation we decided to meet up and talk about TIQQE. After meeting the employees and hearing about the company I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I think the concept of cloud is really interesting and you could also tell by looking at the employees, that they enjoyed working at TIQQE.
What was your first impression of TIQQE the first week?
Since I just finished my bachelor in computer science, I was very excited but also a bit scared to start since I do not have any experience within this industry. My worries turned out to be unnecessary, the people at TIQQE made me feel welcome from the start and they really encourage me to learn and ask as many questions as I possibly can and need.
What is your role at TIQQE?
I will be working as a fullstack developer.
How has your first time been at TIQQE?
I have had a great experience these first weeks, it is interesting to learn more about AWS and talk with all these talented people at TIQQE.
What are you looking forward to in the nearest future?
First of all I look forward to learning more about AWS, how TIQQE works as a company with customers and the whole development process. I am also excited to meet more of the employees, since I started during summer vacation the office was quite empty.
What do you know about TIQQE now?
The care for employees and customers are not just words or slogans, this is a company that truly cares and stands for their values every single day. You are welcome just the way you are and no questions are stupid. TIQQE is also a company with a lot of knowledge and competence, not only in AWS but the entire business.
